Peak Sweat


Sweat classes focus on functional fitness with a high volume of Cardio mixed with body weight and simple weighted movements with dumbbells, kettlebells, sand bags, slam balls, and more.

 

This is a training form that is best described as Functional HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and it originated out of our belief that there should be a training form suitable for human beings that are not looking for barbells, pull ups, hand stands and other "complex" gymnastic movements - but still want to build a Functional Fitness to help them live better lives!

In our PEAK SWEAT program you'll find:Longer workouts with a big focus on Cardio, especially Rowers, Ski Ergs, and various fitness Bikes while we also do mix in for instance skipping rope and running. 

  • Simple body weight movements like sit ups, lunges, burpees, push ups, and more.
  • Simple weightlifting movements performed with Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Sandbags, Slamballs, and more.

The workouts follows our overall PEAK philosophy of being constantly varied where no day really looks the same, this makes the PEAK SWEAT program FUN and challenging in a way where the results means that you are "fit for anything".

What's the difference between PEAK SWEAT and our other offerings (CrossFit & HYROX)?

The biggest difference is the movement selection where the other two programs have more complex barbell & gymnastic movements incorporated, but there's also a clear difference in the "competitiveness" of the training in our PEAK SWEAT Classes. 
Whilst the PEAK SWEAT Classes definitely offers you a friendly environment where you can challenge yourself against your fellow members in every session, there's no real "score"-comparison in these classes, whilst CrossFit & HYROX are programs that also functions as sports. 

In reality all our training programs allows YOU to choose your take on it, it's totally ok if you want to do CrossFit or HYROX without being competitive, just like you can challenge yourself against your friends in the PEAK SWEAT Classes too. As long as you are pushing your limits with our FUNctional Fitness programs, we know that the results will be more than you thought was possible!
