At Peak, we use functional fitness as our training method, and have something to offer everyone - whether you're wanting something less complex like Peak Sweat, to learn more technical movements through CrossFit or if you want to compete in the worlds fastest growing fitness race, HYROX - we have something for you.
Our program is based on Functional Movements (like squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling) that have been around for thousands of years. In spite of all modern technology and machines you see at most gyms or “health clubs” today, these movements have survived the test of time for one reason only – they get results.
In our CrossFit classes, we combine gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning in workouts that are Constantly Varied and performed at High Intensity, but everything we do is also universally scalable so that the workouts are always challenging yet adaptable to your current fitness level. Our coaches are the best in the field and they will modify anything needed to ensure that you not only can come back the next day, but that you also will do so as a stronger & fitter human being.
In our HYROX sessions, we are using our broad experience when it comes to programming and Coaching Functional Movements in combination with our expertise in Strength & Conditioning to design a HYROX-program that will be hard to beat when it comes to increasing your Fitness, and possibly capacity for the HYROX-Races if that is what you are looking for.
If you're looking for longer, HIIT style, workouts with simple movements without barbells or advanced gymnastic movements - then Peak Sweat is for you.
