WHAT's NEW IN PEAK APP?

Our goal is to truly make PEAK APP your best ally on your Health & Fitness Journey, this is just a small sample of what's now been deployed and what's even more exciting is what's coming next!

 ### BODY COMPOSITION LOG [MENU -> YOUR FITNESS -> BODY COMPOSITION]

This is created to give you a chance to track your progress in body composition over time, and as useful tool for events like the current "PEAK'25 - a Nutrition & Lifestyle Kickstart" as an example.

In the APP you can now save your latest measurements for:

  • Body Weight (kg)
  • Body Fat (%)
    This is the variable we want to reduce in most cases, but yes there is such a thing as being "too lean" so make sure you check out the PEAK Nutrition e-Book for guidance.
  • Muscle Mass (kg)
  • Active Metabolic Rate (Cals)
    This is the total amount of calories you burn in a day, based on your given Activity Level when you did your latest Body Composition Measurement.
  • Body Fat Weight (kg)
  • Visceral Fat (level)
    This is the amount of fat engrained between your organs, we need SOME, but "as low as possible" is a good health goal.
  • Waist (cm)
    Good way to keep track of progress even if the scale shows no real weight loss (remember that muscles weighs more than fat).

### SESSIONS IS NOW YOUR WELCOME SCREEN

Schedules are now up for all PEAK GYMS until end of May 2024!
Use that and go book your classes for the week(s) ahead, in the future you'll be able to set up an automatic booking for a specific time slot up to a month in advance - we're busy building that functionality too.

### MESSAGING FOR IMPORTANT NOTICES [DASHBOARD]

This will be used more in the future, for now it will however for instance show if you have a missed membership fee payment, and give you a button to settle immediately - if you do so within 3 days of failed payment you also pay ZERO late payment fees!
This was also one of the admin reasons to build PEAK APP from the beginning: we are "automating" all of these things, and as such making it much less admin heavy = our team can focus on YOU as a member instead of manually managing things that PEAK APP can now run for us.

### A SMOOTH WOD DISPLAY FOR THE GYMS [Coaches will load this on the Screens in the Gym each day

This will make it easy for your Coaches to show the different WOD-variations, and simple for you to see what you're about to do next in any WOD!

### SCORE LOGGING (Leaderboard to follow) [SESSION -> WOD // MENU -> WOD's (OR Comp & Elite)]

You can now from tomorrow log all your workout performances in the APP! 
You simply choose which WOD-version you did, and then you put in your scores - you can also note if you did a specific WOD-version but "Scaled" (Barbell D.T. but with lesser loads as an example).

NB: Your scores are being saved and as soon as the Leaderboard & Logbook are completed they will show up there too!

### STAY LOGGED IN, NO NEED FOR DAILY PASSWORD ENTRY

Also as per popular demand: you will now be automatically logged when opening PEAK APP where it previously asked some users to enter their login details every time.
