Our Philosophy


Our Mission

Peak's mission statement is to "save the world, one human being at the time". It may sound dramatic, but our goal is to help people live healthier and fitter lifestyles, period. Everything we do is designed to make that happen for our members and anyone else we can inspire.

In this day and age human beings are quickly becoming used to less and less activity. Climbing mountains, playing sports, or even playing with your kids on the beach on the weekends quickly gets replaced by a daily grind in front of a computer screen and watching TV spread out on the couch whenever there's some down time at home. 
The problems arises when our bodies and minds stop being physically challenged and we slowly turn into a very unhealthy population. At Peak our members are saying "not anymore". 

We are a strong knit community filled with people that have fallen in love with our "#FITNESSISALIFESTYLE" philosophy and are quickly reaping the rewards from it. We believe that by continuously challenging our physical capacities in training, we also become stronger mentally and whenever life throws a challenge at us, either by choice or just because it can, we are ready to handle it.

This is the place where you turn yourself from wishing to doing - it's a place filled with average joes turned into super heroes, and you can be one of them too.

Our Approach

At Peak, we use functional fitness as our training method, and have something to offer everyone - whether you're wanting something less complex like Peak Sweat, to learn more technical movements through CrossFit or if you want to compete in the worlds fastest growing fitness race, HYROX - we have something for you.

Our program is based on Functional Movements (like squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling) that have been around for thousands of years. In spite of all modern technology and machines you see at most gyms or “health clubs” today, these movements have survived the test of time for one reason only – they get results.

In our CrossFit classes, we combine gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning in workouts that are Constantly Varied and performed at High Intensity, but everything we do is also universally scalable so that the workouts are always challenging yet adaptable to your current fitness level. Our coaches are the best in the field and they will modify anything needed to ensure that you not only can come back the next day, but that you also will do so as a stronger & fitter human being.

In our HYROX sessions, we are using our broad experience when it comes to programming and Coaching Functional Movements in combination with our expertise in Strength & Conditioning to design a HYROX-program that will be hard to beat when it comes to increasing your Fitness, and possibly capacity for the HYROX-Races if that is what you are looking for.

If you're looking for longer, HIIT style, workouts with simple movements without barbells or advanced gymnastic movements - then Peak Sweat is for you.

Our Community

No matter what option you choose - our goal is to provide our clients/athletes with the world’s most efficient, effective and safe health and fitness training. We envision and encourage a community that is healthy, strong and vital, whose participants have the courage to live outside the generally accepted belief that health, fitness and vitality must decline with age. A community that provides support for everyone that is willing to put in the work and effort to better themselves, because at Peak, we are simply a Team working towards common goals of improvement.

Sure we turn the timer on and try to put up the fastest time in class on a daily basis, but at the same time as we "compete" as friends we even more so cheer each other on. The Peak way of training as ONE big community is not only more fun, but also improves your results. Being physically fit is inspiring, feels good, enriches your life, gives you more choices and adds both years to your life, and life to your years – not only to yours, but also to others.
